MAMTS will provide good quality of technical education and vocational training to the youth from poor, dalit, women and disadvantaged group particularly of rural setting to generate employment in Nepal.

Goals

• To Produce competent technicians in various technical sectors
• To provide need based short-term technical training to disadvantaged group
• To establish good relationship and coordination with job providers to secure employment for the graduates and skilled youth force.

Objectives

• Produce competent technicians in medium level of civil overseer, hotel management civil sub-overseer, veterinary, JTA and related technician in every ear.
• Establish market linkage, placement and counselling for short term courses after completion of trainings.
• Provide demand oriented training to the target group to reduce unemployment.
